Finned Tubular Heater

We manufacture Finned Tubular Heaters that have higher surface area, due to the presence of fins around the heater. It has improved and efficient heat transfer capacity. For specific watt density and identical air stream, this heater operates at a lower surface temperature. Watt density along with sheath material are two parameters that define the heater's durability. As a standard, steel sheath and fins are used in this product. For corrosive conditions / high temperature applications, stainless steel can be used to make sheath and fins. The ideal watt density is proportional to outlet temperature and speed of incoming air.

Having plain surface finish, Finned Tubular Heater is ideal:

• For heating gas, air flow, air ducts, stagnant air, elements present in air heaters and circulating air
• In machines, where it is used as a pre-heating unit
• In drying chambers, air-conditioning ducts and industrial furnaces
